Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at Union Pacific. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, the Remote Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing live chat conversations with customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Monitor chat performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements - Train and onboard new chat agents as needed - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management skills - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
