Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Hormel Foods is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service for our online visitors. This is a part-time position with a Mid-to-Senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the live chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience through live chat interactions. 3. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to handle live chat inquiries effectively. 4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide reports to upper management. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management to continuously improve our platform.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in live chat management or a related field. 2. Motivated and reliable individual with strong decision-making and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in live chat software and technology. 6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
