Job Description:

As a Remote Live Chat Officer at Sanmina, based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions - Utilize resources and product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions accurately and timely in the system - Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Strong passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service - Highly resourceful and able to problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a teamwork environment - Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Proficient in typing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment - No previous experience required, full training will be provided
