Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Campbell Soup is looking for a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and independent, with strong research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers - Analyze chat conversations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong research and analytical skills - Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
