Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Voya Financial is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Sydney, New South Wales on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or communication role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and support across all channels - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company - Handle escalated issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
