Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

EOG Resources is seeking a passionate and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. 3. Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance their experience. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging situations. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction. 8. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers. 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Resourceful problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively. 6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7.
