Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative at Wesfarmers in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a part-time entry-level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues. 2. Utilize a knowledge base and resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively. 3. Monitor and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 5. Document all customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required; we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a customer service role. 2. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. 4. Independent and resourceful problem-solving skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. 6. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. 7. Must be located in Melbourne, Victoria, AU.
