Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Mosaic is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Cooperative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team - Adaptable and able to handle high-stress situations with ease - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
