Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on insurance products and services - Maintain a professional and positive attitude while responding to customer queries in a timely manner - Document all interactions accurately and follow up with customers as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and promote new insurance policies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the live chat platform and suggest improvements for better customer experience

Requirements: - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus - Proficient in using chat software and other computer programs
