Remote Live Chat Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team at Kohl’s. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and feedback through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products, promotions, and policies to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on troubleshooting steps - Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently - Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and communication skills - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Customer-focused attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers - Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required
