Job Description:
PulteGroup, a leading home construction company, is seeking a motivated and passionate Live Chat Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to their queries. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions. 8. Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficient in using live chat platforms and CRM software. 6. Must be able to work part-time hours. 7. Motivated and passionate about providing top-notch customer service.
