Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through live chat. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Utilize analysis and problem-solving skills to identify trends and improve customer interactions. 6. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers online. 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change seamlessly. 6. Must be passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
