Job Description:
Cardinal Health is seeking a passionate and resilient Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and guidance - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to optimize chat processes and improve customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends - Utilize project management skills to streamline operations and enhance efficiency - Conduct presentations for internal and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in chat software and other relevant tools - Project management skills and attention to detail - Presentation skills for engaging with customers and team members
