Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Disney in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions - Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly - Identify and escalate any patterns of customer complaints or issues to management

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful attitude - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
