Live Chat Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Chat Specialist to join our team at International Paper in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a part-time entry-level position with 1 year of experience, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience - Utilize company resources and systems to provide accurate and relevant information to customers - Work independently to manage chat queues and prioritize customer needs - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company brand effectively

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work cooperatively with team members and adapt to changing situations - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - Experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
