Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Las Vegas Sands is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, energetic, possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be eligible to work in Australia
