Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Ingram Micro is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, creative, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt and efficient support 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or individual 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 5. Experience working in a remote or virtual setting 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
