Job Description:
Nanosonics is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and live chat support.
Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally - Utilize a variety of resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary - Assist in developing and maintaining a knowledge base of commonly asked questions and solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the customer support process - Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the live chat support system
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role preferred - Experience in medical devices or healthcare industry is a plus
