Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Tenneco. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Provide product information, assistance with orders, troubleshooting support, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Utilize resources to research and address customer questions effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 5. Prepare and deliver online presentations to potential customers as needed. 6. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 7. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong research skills to efficiently find solutions to customer inquiries. 3. Excellent presentation skills for engaging with customers online. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home.
