As an Online Account Support Assistant at Hess in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional online account support to our customers. This part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience is perfect for someone who is confident, energetic, creative, and a problem-solver.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with online account related inquiries and issues through email, chat, and phone communication - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with online accounts to ensure a seamless user experience - Educate customers on how to navigate the online platform and use its features effectively - Work closely with the customer service team to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with the IT department to report any recurring technical issues and contribute ideas for improvements - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online account management
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online account support role - Confident and energetic personality with a strong desire to help customers - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms - Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions - Proficiency in using online platforms and basic technical troubleshooting skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
