Job Description:
As an Online Account Support Assistant at Duke Energy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online account holders. Your main duties will include assisting customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on how to navigate the online platform.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform - Provide guidance on how to use the various features of the online account - Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or online account management - Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Critical thinking skills to solve complex problems efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using online platforms and basic technical troubleshooting - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
