Job Description:
Afterpay is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. In this part-time role at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist online account holders with inquiries, issues, and concerns via email, chat, and phone communication channels. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Educate account holders on the various features and benefits of using our online platform. 4. Monitor account activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex account issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and personalized service.
Requirements: 1. Adaptability and driven attitude to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving online environment. 2. Strong soft skills, including adaptability and strategic planning, to effectively address customer needs and challenges. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. 4. Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 6. Prior experience in customer support or account management roles is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
