Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Newell Brands in our Melbourne office. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction - Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various online channels - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Assist in resolving any order processing or shipment issues - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer retention - Assist in the development of online marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online account support or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
