Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

PulteGroup is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and innovative.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with any account-related inquiries, issues, or requests - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Proven experience in customer support or account management - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
