Online Account Support Officer

Targa Resources is currently seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable candidate to fill the role of Online Account Support Officer in our Melbourne, Victoria office. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with little to no prior experience in the industry.

As an Online Account Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to customers with their online accounts. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with password resets, and guiding users through the account setup process. You will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities of the role include: - Providing excellent customer service to users of our online platform - Assisting customers with account-related inquiries and technical issues - Troubleshooting and resolving user account problems - Educating customers on best practices for using their online accounts - Collaborating with other team members to improve the customer experience

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.
