Job Description - Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:


Comcast is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online account holders.


Responsibilities: - Assist online account holders with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving billing concerns. - Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Educate customers on online account features and functionalities to enhance their user experience. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends.


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in computer software and online platforms. - High school diploma or equivalent. - No prior experience required, training will be provided.
