Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Cummins, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of engines, filtration, and power generation products, is seeking an Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with account setup, login issues, password resets, and account maintenance. 3. Address customer inquiries and issues regarding online orders, payments, and product information. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalations in a timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database. 6. Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and recommend solutions. 7. Assist in developing training materials and resources for customers to maximize their online account usage.

Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 2. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Prior experience in customer service or online account support is preferred.
