Online Account Support Specialist

Veritiv is seeking a reliable and passionate Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online account users through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns - Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction - Assist with account setup, maintenance, and billing processes - Plan and execute strategies to improve account retention and growth

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels - Experience in managing online accounts and providing support to customers - Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Prior experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or technology industry is preferred
