Online Call Center Assistant

TechnologyOne is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, TechnologyOne is dedicated to helping organizations streamline their processes and improve efficiency. Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Assisting customers with technical support issues and troubleshooting software problems - Providing information about our products and services to potential customers - Inputting customer data into our CRM system and maintaining accurate records - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and confident personality with a passion for helping others - Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing situations - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software tools - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
