Job Description:
Dana Holding is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Providing information about products and services, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints - Managing online chat support and email correspondence with customers - Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction - Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Dedication and resourcefulness to provide exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of online communication tools - Ability to adapt to new technology and software quickly
