Job Description - Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


Devon Energy is seeking an Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and adaptable, with strong teamwork and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Use online tools and resources to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
