Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Online Call Center Associate to join our team at TJX in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through phone, email, and chat support. You will be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries, issues, or feedback regarding their online shopping experience with us.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, shipping information, and returns or exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved - Assist with processing online orders, returns, and exchanges as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and reliable work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong strategic planning skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly - Proficient in using computer systems and online platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
