Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


BlueScope Steel is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As the Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online call center operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online call center agents, providing guidance and training as needed. 2. Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement protocols for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 5. Conduct regular quality assurance audits to maintain high standards of service. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in call center management. 7. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong project management and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively. 6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 7. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
