Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Best Buy is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in call center management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Call Center Manager will play a key role in leading and supervising our online customer service team.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the online call center, including monitoring call volume, ensuring service level agreements are met, and addressing any customer concerns or escalations. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the call center operations. - Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to provide outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. - Analyze call center metrics and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization. - Handle complex customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in call center management or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams. - Independent and hardworking with the ability to work well under pressure. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think strategically. - Team player with a collaborative and inclusive mindset. - Knowledge of call center technologies and best practices. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
