Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Brighte is seeking a proactive and energetic Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, possess excellent time management skills, and have strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls - Providing exceptional customer service - Resolving customer inquiries and concerns - Processing payments and transactions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Energetic and driven personality - Strong time management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer systems and software - Availability to work part-time hours
