Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Monsanto in Brisbane, Queensland. As an entry-level position, no previous experience is required, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. This part-time role will involve handling calls and inquiries from customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless online experience for all users.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Communicating with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex problems - Assisting with online transactions and troubleshooting any technical issues - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Critical thinking skills and the ability to think strategically - Excellent problem-solving abilities - High level of empathy and understanding towards customer needs - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
