Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Boral Limited in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner - Provide information about products and services - Process orders and returns - Maintain accurate customer records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
