Job Description:
Eversource Energy is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center setting.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Providing accurate information about products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary. 4. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 7.
