Job Description:

Leucadia National is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online platforms, including email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize online tools and databases to assist customers with their needs - Communicate effectively with customers through written messages - Provide information about products and services to customers - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult customer interactions - Proficient in multitasking and planning - Energetic and driven personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
