Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Call Center Representative to join our team at Scentre Group in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level Representative with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products or services, promotions, and policies - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Independent worker who can also collaborate effectively with a team - Innovative thinker who can come up with creative solutions to customer issues
