Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and hardworking Online Call Center Representative to join our team at Hershey in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, no specific experience is required, but candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role will be preferred.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our products and services - Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the database - Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Achieving targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Experience in people management and conflict resolution is a plus - Must be detail-oriented and have good problem-solving skills - Fluent in English, both written and verbal
