Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Crown Holdings is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate level position, the Online Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and online channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information - Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate as needed - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Cooperate well with others and effectively manage customer interactions - Experience in people management is a plus - Must be reliable and hardworking
