Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Chesapeake Energy is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but enthusiasm and passion for customer service are a must. This part-time role offers the opportunity to develop key skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing exceptional service and support - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Utilize various computer systems and software to input and track customer information - Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations and deliver a delightful experience - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Energetic and passionate personality traits - Strong cooperation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
