Job Description - Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Sempra Energy is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels.


Responsibilities: - Receive and respond to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Previous call center or online customer service experience is a plus
