Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Viacom in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level position, this role will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of online customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Hardworking and resourceful attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to interact with customers in a compassionate and empathetic manner - Strong persuasion skills to effectively convince customers and drive desired outcomes - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
