Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, the Online Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat support, answering questions, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and quick responses. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively. 5. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency in customer interactions. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist in maintaining a positive and professional image of the company through online chat support.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for customers. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role. 7. Must be dedicated and energetic in providing excellent customer service.
