Job Description:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Assistant in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigating the company's website and online services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Collect and document customer feedback for process improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers. 6.
