Job Description - Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Assistant in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigating the company's website and online services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Collect and document customer feedback for process improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers. 6. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Confident and able to handle challenging situations with ease. 4. Ability to persuade and manage people effectively. 5. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others. 6. Must be adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. Must be comfortable using technology and online chat platforms. 8. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
