Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Baxalta in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy when dealing with customers - Demonstrate attention to detail in accurately documenting customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Attention to detail in documenting customer interactions - Ability to work well in a team environment - Must be able to work independently and multitask effectively - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online chat platforms
