Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online chat support operations to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and productivity. 4. Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Proven experience in managing online chat support teams. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 7. Strong planning and cooperation soft skills. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
