Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team at Dover, a leading company in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This position is part-time and requires a Mid-to-Senior Level candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer support.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support agents, ensuring high-quality support is provided to customers - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze chat support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to implement best practices in chat support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field - Proven experience in managing online chat support teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders - Innovative mindset to come up with creative solutions to customer issues
